Comment:

I started my carrier in Photomask business intending to pursue X-ray mask expertise.  The days of X-ray mask, however, remained impractical and light (laser) exposure technology persisted.  My days as a professional were spent around development and prolongation of light-exposure technologies, such as OPC or RET, sometimes confronting difficulties of extremely complicated mask patterns.  During such a period, l could build a broad spectrum of professional communication network with not only Photomask manufacturers, but also device makers and instrument constructors worldwide.  After some 20 or more years, “Photo”mask industries have started to consider the X-ray wavelength region as not irrelevant world.  We would like to concentrate, for now, in the business field of Inspection Equipment of milddle- to low-end class and assure some tangible success and solid foothold of the company too, then hopefully return to the foremost field of the advanced technology as my eternal dream.
