We specialize in development and manufacturing of the photomask inspection equipment for the semi-conductor devices.
Especially, we are concentrating on the development of the Photo Mask Inspection Equipment for the Next Generation Power Devices which can be the key devices of reducing CO2 emission.
We also present the Temporary Engineering Personnel Service, the Development of Software and the Consulting Services.
