We are a venture enterprise specializing in the development and the sales of photomask inspection equipment.

The inspection equipment we aim to is not for the leading-edge photomasks of the latest technology; rather, we expect a replacement for the outdated(of 20 years ago) measurement accuracy equipment/ the detectivity equipment and also expect a further buying demand.
It is not the most advanced, the front-line or the high-value added technology, though our company pursues the craftsmanship in Japan
